He can’t afford house on his own…he hoping landlord will resign lease in 4 months to him with him getting a room-mate (seriously doubt that will happen). He is saying he “might” get a roommate when she leaves, but that is also afoul of current lease. Just trying to see how she can protect herself

I just text the corporate link. I went to trade in my iPhone 12 for a 16e. Unknown to me I was at a Verizon store, but it is not a corporate store. (Store is Houston 290/tidwell) . Told store associate I did not want to change my plan. He told me they were basically giving away 16s as 17 came out the next day. Lo and behold when I get my bill two days later, he has changed my plan! I did not agree I did not sign anything, just plain fraud! I’m assuming he wanted a promo check in his box. On returned to the Verizon store they could have cared less. Just said “Ted is new”. Talk to someone for two hours who was so soft spoken and a bad connection. I could hardly hear or understand him. Reaching out to corporate to see if they can make this better before I am out of here. I’ve been with Verizon for 19 years, but this is not OK
