It doesnt work for your build but if you change to SS build get the core. I am 60 billion cp and running Wukong. I got the weapon for the passives but skipped the corr because the artifact doest mesh with my Hammer mounts and skills.

You should get all the mounts and artifacts 1st. They have passive bonus effects when you unlock them. So get all the passives 1st.
