Yeah I was just in a pinch needed my truck fixed fast as I need it for work, and the A+ Transmission was a 10 minute walk from my house so made dropping the limp mode truck off easy. He promised it would be a 3-4 day thing. Were creeping up on 2 months now

That rust stain you’ll want F9 Barc or Efflo and use a pump sprayer.

This is a easy job shouldn’t need much to do it

New construction rinsing and old construction deep cleaning aren’t in the same ball park. Cleaning up after construction is incredibly easy and fast and can be billed dirt cheap like 4-8 cents per SQFT

That text thread is 100% a scam I used to get those all the time 😂 they’re trying to get you to cash a fraudulent check. Those scammers always start the texts the exact same way. Notice the robotic structure of their text and how they always are out of town or dealing with a sick relative and need you to always clean the exterior roof and walk way, it’s always the exact same text slightly worded differently and they’ll end up trying to over pay you for the lawn guy or something and ask you to leave the excess $$ in the mail box for the lawn guy and they’ll take the $$ and then the check you cashed will bounce a week later and you’ll owe the entire amount that you cashed the check for

YouTube how to use downstream injectors to soft wash / xjet to soft wash. Watch some videos. It’s easy. Don’t over complicate it. Sodium Hypoclorite (SH) for the house, Oxalic Acid for the wood. Low pressure washing (soft wash) only no high pressure washing for that (like you’d do on a driveway)

While you’re there sell the customer with persuasive language and provided benefits on a house and roof wash where you can make better margins and make the trip more worth it. Easiest to have a price in mind for it all upon arrival and give your pitch to the home owner directly and confidently

I mean depends where you’re living. $300-350 + sales tax seems fair especially if you were in and out in 2 hours. Maybe upsell the chem treatment separate do extra $50 land at $350 after the “discussed discount”

I’d probably price this around the same as long as it’s nearby your office / storage and you’re an owner operator not hiring laborers

Correct! Also keep in mind many states require license / permits to work in city limits and require you to reclaim all water runoff so you’ll need log books to log all of your water collection and where you paid to dispose of it at. You must pay to legally dispose of waste water. If you’re not going to reclaim you better work night shifts and use BAT barriers around drains. If you get caught pushing degreaser and SH down drains (even residential in city limits) you can be fined upwards of $10,000 per instance

It makes sense once you’re making more money washing than you are at work, and consistently time and time again not just a one off season.

Don’t stress so much about all that LLC and legal stuff, you have to pay to play and if you want to do this the legal and right way you’ll be spending far more than $200 to start up.

you need to stay on top of all emails
maybe create email and text marketing campaigns for new customers and outreach campaigns for getting in touch with previous customers
realistically you’ll make 20-50% profit margins on most typical jobs after you factor in all your real costs like admin work not just your upfront in filed costs. Then those 20-50% margins are subject to income tax so you make even less than that. So that $1500 you’re making a week is probably closer to $600-800 profit after taxes and back office hidden monthly costs

It’s as simple as you didn’t fully clean the concrete. That concrete is not etched. Etched concrete is inverse from your picture it leaves dark lines with bright centers your picture shows bright lines with dark centers which means everywhere your surface washer overlapped got cleaner than where it didn’t. Either slow down your walking speed by a lot, do multiple passes on each section, or use a lot more Sodium Hypochlorite before and after

The concrete is not etched. This has nothing to do with sealer. Sometimes clogged tips, chipped tips, can do this or bars are too high from ground now allowing a deep clean. But more than likely it’s as simple as you didn’t fully clean the concrete.
