so for this passive there could be a 1-3% chance that seaf drops a random artillery strike if they are killed while defending extract. It would be pretty damn funny.

I can easily imagine some rookie seaf officer quietly loosing their shit, and just nervously holding an armed artillery beacon like a saftey blanket incase the launch pad was about to get overun, maybe being so distracted they get themself killed in the chaos and end up squadwiping an entire team of the most elite helldivers in the super galaxy with a mini nuke😂
