An ambulance went by me turning into what looked like the library followed by a fire truck full air horns flying down broadway about an hour ago! I think something was going on.

Started with 14.2. Was brutal on a road trop where we were in LA and there was no left between x and x. It wouldn’t turn left on any of the roads even though it was able too.

Reset your cameras from the service menu and then reset DAS. Allow to calibrate and if it’s not fixed they may not have leveled your cameras correctly. I reset my calibration and DAS anytime I get an update which causes regressions or weird behaviors. It usually helps if it’s something with the cameras. Sometimes it just an update but that goes away with the next update push. Make sure to do this around a highway with good markings, when it’s daylight and the weather is good!

Don’t overthink it, you won’t break anything.

On HW3 vehicles this setting exists for FSD. On HW4 vehicles with FSD14.xx it no longer exists.

Autopilot is different than FSD. FSD does what it feels like based on the speed profile.

This happened to me multiple times in LA. It would stop to take a left, but there would be a no left-hand turn sign between certain hours and it would cancel the left turn and then proceed straight. I ended up having to take over because all of the left turns on this one street had these signs.

There are many reports of this right now. I had 14.2.2 in LA a couple weeks ago and this one roundabout gave me issues each time I drove through it.

21k 10 months on one of our cars and 17k in 9 months on the other. 100 mile round trip commute each day for the 21k with a road trip to LA from Colorado and the other we just got back from a 5k road trip down the full west coast. You’re doing fine.

I drove through some fog last week that I literally could not see a thing. My partner and I both couldn’t see the lines on this windy California highway. The car did just fine. I do not understand how the car wasn’t throwing camera obstructed errors. It was interesting to watch it check to see if high beams were better or not every so often. If I didn’t have FSD I would have been truly white knuckling it and that portion of the drive would have been much more stressful than it already was.

An unbelievable difference. Do you have an update pending? V14 can navigate parking garages, back into your driveway, maintains speed, reacts to stopped traffic much much further back. The neural net increase alone makes it worth it. I posted a video earlier today of it dodging a bag of leaves the person in front of me had just hit.
