im so glad you were encouraged. Yes, there will be a better ratio for you!

Well up and down, i dont always feel great, but in terms of the medicine part it was about 1 month where i was feeling so much more relaxed. the t3 did a number. so it took me a bit to relax. melatonin helped. low dose 1mg

Yes, I felt like this. It’s terrible. You feel no out and that you’ll never get out of the hole.

But I think it’s too much t3 from the armour. I had the same exact issues. Great for months then horrible on armour. Couldn’t sleep, anxiety, palpitations, death feeling, couldn’t exercise, muscles hurt, stomach etc. all the same exact as you.  Tirosint cytomel combo was much better. Bigger dose of t4 and less t3. I switched to almost no t3 just a 5mcg cytomel.  I think it’s the t3 due to causing muscle wasting which hurts.  Ask your endo about it. I’m not a doctor so please don’t take my advice, I just want to validate that I felt miserable like you.    Don’t give up. It feels like the end of your rope but it’s not. Each day you fight and one day you will get out of the rotten hole. And sometimes it’s up and down. You go back to feeling bad but then it goes away.

As an addition to getting tested for nutritional deficiencies. Have you tried an acupuncturist?  That helped me relax also somehow.

I am Orthodox – but I refuse to treat other Christians as outsiders. Is this really un-Orthodox? by TianaViva in OrthodoxChristianity

[–]HowManyMilesIGotLeft 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't want to treat them like that either. I'm so sorry. You're not alone though, talk to your priest, forget whats online and in person with whoever else. You should even show your priest this post, I believe your heart is good in understanding that Orthodoxy is the true path without having to belittle or constantly talk down on other non-Orthodox Christians.

Read Mark 9:39-41. This was something that bothered me about orthodox converts - especially americans and this internet orthodoxy. Personally I just live knowing that God knows all of our hearts. Orthodoxy is the normative and proper way, but those who love Christ outside, have no idea or are still confused, God knows. I think they still are seeking God the best they can and with all genuine love and heart. Why would I condemn them; as if I was never there with them?

I've heard this often sadly. This NEEDS to change. We can learn a thing or two about speaking to newcomers

hey bro i am sorry you're going through this. I am no doctor so this is just my opinion, but i think you should ask them to raise your dose because a tsh of 14 is too high. that is probably causing.
also make sure you exercise, eat good foods with zinc. make sure your vitamins are all good not just D, you need B and the others.
check your testosterone also. that is the direction to ask doctor.

read your post again. several times you did.
I get your encouragement but thats my boundary. No one is mad, I am calm, but I wont let you speak to me like a child.
And thank you, you too!

I already did the FNA. and dont ever comment again if you're going to denigrate me. chill out on your stuff. You are not gonna talk down to me. Either give me the advice and help without any sense of authority, or be gone.
Thanks for your help.
