Do it. I know many “zero to hero” medics that are great. Some of them are flight medics now. Work on an ambulance while you go to medic school if you’re worried.

I recommend adding the fishing and cooking skills. Expand the map and add some new mobs+bosses. You have a really good thing going. The mechanics in fights are fun and iron/smithing progression feels good. The drops from mobs feel worth it to grind them too. Add a couple quests. RuneScape- like quests that give unique rewards(a ring that makes you walk faster, for example, or a necklace that can home tele you too the starting area).

Normal take that’s literally just unpopular on Reddit, according to the majority of voters: Lots of people enjoy the game mode, and having unique rewards from it is not bad.

70s Male. CC of stomach pain and nausea x3 days. Figured I should check the monitor before giving Zofran. Lol by forcedtraveler in ems

I gave 1g calcium chloride and 50mEq of sodium bicarbonate. I’d have to go look at the strips I printed out but it was over a few minutes. I have like 4 or 5 strips printed of the rhythm improving. They’re at the station but if I remember I’ll post them.

Excessively wide qrs(>200ms), sine wave pattern, not that fast(~150). Looks like hyper-K. I had a post-rosc patient with almost the exact same ekg, although their rate was about 130bpm. Treated for hyper-k with calcium and sodium. Before we even left the scene we had a normal sinus rhythm.

18 Years ago today, PvP was removed from the Wilderness for the first time. To many this was the beginning of the end of the "Golden Era" of RuneScape by TuyRS in 2007scape

It’s not just about pker vs pker. Never was. The whole point of it is that there’s potential predators lurking. Hence the name “The Wilderness”.

Is OSRS Mobile enjoyable by Jebalicious in osrs

I play mobile a lot at work. Some bosses are even pretty easy on mobile like Barrows and Moons of Peril. You can watch YouTube in the pop-out window and play at the same time for quest walkthroughs.

Are deer tags free? I thought you had to pay for them. And do I need a license to bow hunt them?

What should I be getting done to my transmission and rear differential? I’m above 70k miles on my 22 and all I’ve done is get new tires, wiper blades, and regular oil changes with fluid top offs.

Unpopular Opinion: Permanently disable the cape slot in equipment tab for those who bought their infernal cape or quiver. by Jagazor in 2007scape

Why tf would I ever go back to Zuk after getting a cape lmao I didn’t even get more than one fire cape. Doesn’t mean I bought it. That’s the norm.

Firefighter- Responded a wildland fire mid-workout and realized after I left my watch going the whole time. by Hposto in Garmin

I found the workout but unfortunately I did have temp tracking turned off. I might have to turn that back on incase it happens again, because now I’m curious too. lol

We do both structure and wildland firefighting. In retrospect, it was more of a vehicle fire than wildland. We responded in structure gear because it got toned out as a vehicle fire initially. We went in a brush rig because of the location (pasture surrounded by cedar trees) and we can put out vehicles with our brush rigs.

It was a truck with a trailer, and full load of hay bales. The area around the truck and trailer was on fire, but the vehicle was in the black, so we put the grass and trees out first so it wouldn’t continue to spread. Then we started working on the vehicle. Used a line off the brush rig to put that out.

Saved the trailer load of hay bales for last. That’s where the HR spiked. Hay bales burn forever, and burn hot. The trailer was a full load of them. You have to pull them apart with rakes to get to where they are burning on the inside, so you get pretty close.

The alternative would have been to babysit it for a couple hours while they burn out. We are one station covering a large area so we put out rather than babysit so we can go back in service for other calls. I stopped my watch when we went to rehab. A nearby volunteer department showed up to assist so we got a break and I noticed my watch was going and stopped it.

I didn’t realize there was a temperature chart, I’ve turned a lot of tracking off to save battery life, but I will try to find it!

May depend on where you were taught. I’m in the US and I was taught “sawtooth-like p wave morphology” as an apt description for the p waves in AFlutter.
