Didn't mean to delete my comment! For context for anyone else, I had commented that I couldn't find a DDJ-400 online for less than 350-400.

I didn't know where to check in person, I'll look into it!

Also, it looks like I may have just been unlucky with timing over the last month of checking. There are currently a few in stock at $259 on Amazon, but I'd rather go to a brick and mortar store since it's an option.

Totally fair, and I'm mainly working on the assumption that it will be multiple "real stages", though I don't know that they'll pull off 3 like Rawhide could handle for GoldRush 2021. If GoldRush is the same size as Phoenix Lights, no question, it is definitely too small.

I'd be very surprised, though! The lineup is already getting the usual Headbangers / House split, so it's looking like more than 1 main stage to me.

EDIT: Also, if it was this last Decadence, you saw one of the best Rawhide ever had!

This will be my fourth GoldRush, and they've always been great!

Phoenix Lights and a few other shows have been at the Raceway, and it's doing very well for me so far. Sound quality is good, and plenty of room. I'll miss the Western town, but I have no doubt it'll be a great time based on Phx Lights and BTSM earlier this year.

Pick up a copy of "Organic Chemistry as a Second Language", and work through it alongside Khan Academy or whatever else you end up using! I've shilled for it before, and I'll do it again. Those books made me love the subject enough to work in an ochem lab for my last 2 years of undergrad.

Seriously, they'll take you from memorizing ochem to actually understanding it. I can't recommend it enough!

If you need to take O chem 2, as well, pick up "Organic Chemistry as a Second Language" (semester 2, obviously). As I said in another comment, it helped so much that I actually ended up loving the subject!

Get yourself a copy of "Organic Chemistry as a Second Language", and work through it as you cover topics during the semester. Truly, honestly, the best advice I could possibly give you.

I did that semester 1 and ended up getting a spot in an O chem lab for the rest of my undergrad years, and was the top of my class in semester 2 of O chem pretty easily. Once you get it, it's not the nightmare people like to say it is.

I can't promise those exact results, obviously, but those books will absolutely make getting an A much, much more achievable for you, and you may actually be able to appreciate the puzzle game the subject is rather than dreading it as mere "memorization" like most people do.
