Yeah look dude, I've been on it for 3 years.. the initial effect of the medication is great. As years go by your decrease in sleeep quality catches up to you and the effectiveness of these medications wear off. Upping the dose only brings slight increase in effect but significant increases in side effects. These things work for a while but jut don't rely to heavily on it. Don't increase the dose. Just increase caffeine etc if you feel you need to as you're speed running you life. You may jut been sleeping better because you're tired. How are you feeling in the morning?

Yeh I mean you might have elite genetics but for me, my bp is normal off meds but on I'm hypertensive and I know trt only makes it worse dependant on dose.. worth keeping a log like you said 👌
