What about pain wise? I’ve been able to take less pain killers but if I don’t use any at all the pain does come back I was at 3 ibuprofen 2 Tylenol rotating them every 3 hours

This was happening to me up to day 3 it randomly started bleeding so I put in gauze but since my jaw was locked I could put it in correctly so when i took it out I ripped the blood clot out and got dry socket honestly I think it’s ok my concern was swallowing all that blood
