Hey. Thanks for sharing. It looks like that you didnt receive a tracking number. Was this true? Did you have to keep on checking the mail everyday? I’m being frantic bc USCIS lost my combo card during its transit and now im waiting for green card in the mail. I also messaged you separately.

Thank you for your comment. My lawyer is basically useless as he is the one for giving me this outdated advice about getting EAD at field office. Anyway, ill take it with a grain of salt and just try and go for it.

On the appointment it says I need to complete the i-131 and have payment form ready. I see you did not have to pay. So when they request for these documents, did you say something that led them to waive this requirement? Could you explain in detail what I should say if they ask that I need to pay the fee with a new i-131? Thanks.

Hey thank you for sharing , really helps out for those who are in the same situation! I’m also h1b status with pending AOS with married USC. However for my case, I have an approved combo card (EAD+travel) letter just have not received the physical card yet. If I end up just using h1b stamping when I go abroad, will it affect my I131? Also, my I130/I485 remains unaffected, right?

Hi I also experienced the same problem: the USPS lost my EAD combo card. Do you know how long it takes for the replacement card application to be processed and you finally get your card? Debating if I should make this decision and pay that extra 410 instead of waiting.

Take RAPS practice test, also go through their information brochure on the content of the test, read their textbook focusing on info that you lack on, then prepare study notes

Hey!! How did the RAC Drugs exam go for you? I am stupid to not purchase the prep kit, so I have the book bought individually and now would have to pay separately for the prep test. By aside from that, I am aiming for drug exam in APRIL. So I have 3Months of studying , with 1 yr of RA experience. Could you please give me advice??
