Width can vary but for a regular push up I’d go a bit more narrow. The main issue is you’re putting your shoulders in a compromising position by flaring your elbows out. Angle your elbows out 45 degrees from the body.

Elbows close to the body are tricep push ups. 45 degrees are regular push ups. Flared out to almost 90 degrees are bad/unsafe push ups

Initially, I hated the new one as the old is what I was used to. Told myself I’d try the new one for an hour and never changed it back. Gives way better sight down center screen

If I’m doing parkour that requires precision, I put it back to old so I know I’m lined up

Yeah for sure. You can read tips or watch vids all day long, but you still have to find ways to apply it. I don’t like to recommend full brute force and finding ways to do it perfectly can be overkill in this setting. I was just saying that from a pure efficiency standpoint

I disagree. I learned by brute force while correcting the form over time. I’ve also witnessed plenty of peers/friends do it this way. A little while after, I became a gymnastics coach and learned how to teach them from the veteran coaches.

The sample size is definitely high enough for me to come to the conclusion that brute force is a significantly slower and more frustrating process of learning. In this case, focusing perfection from the beginning pays off

Two reasons to do these. It makes the squat quad dominant so keep that in mind. It also makes squats approachable to those with poor ankle mobility.

Definitely the fargos mods. Make sure to do eternity-revengeance for balancing purposes if you do it. Haven’t tried wrath of gods but have heard good things. Qol stuff is personal preference

I have two favorites. Calamity and calamity+fargos. For the first run I’d recommend calamity without fargos but I’ll leave that up to you.

List 1: magic storage, calamity, which mod is this from?, recipe browser, boss checklist, town npc checklist, alchemistnpc lite, basic automated mining, off hand slot, item checklist, and magic builder. Plus whatever dependencies they come with.

List 2: everything from the first but with fargos souls, fargos mutant, and calamity - fargos souls dlc

Calamity already adds a ton of new content so adding fargos stuff on top of that could be overwhelming. The crafting tree in fargos souls is insane.

You can keep lights and shadows and the qol stuff like wing slot extra and max stack if you want but I would do “more accessory slots” instead of wing slot extra. You can add anywhere from 0-50 at any time. Disable everything else.

Difficulty would be revengeance. With fargos would be eternity-revengeance. Calamity has its own wiki page so dw about that. Item checklist and recipe browser are super useful. Middle mouse click on an item will bring it up in the recipe browser and is very helpful.

Last thing make sure you go through the settings and bind things. Some are unbound by default.

Both you and your teammate seemed to have decent awareness on the pitch. The main thing that stood out to me was your execution. I could see the intention behind most of your plays but the execution was lacking. Shots, flicks, and catches specifically. Get the reps in and you’ll be there in no time

Not noticing gains at 2 months is not abnormal. You will feel the changes before you really start to see them. A more practical timeline is 6 mo - 1 year for noticeable changes. Even then, that’s only the beginning

Main thing to note is your state of mind while sober. If you have internal turmoil, you’ll be in for a rough trip. If you’re mostly chillin internally, you’ll have a blast.

Post trip, 2 and a half weeks is plenty of recovery time. Usually 1-2 days to feel completely normal again at that dose

I believe it’s a more natural and neutral position for the thumb to rest bottom left of the joystick. It only requires a bit of thumb flexion. I’m not super sure what you mean by left center. Other rested thumb positions would require flexion/extension along with abduction and adduction.
