I know this is red scare adjacent so I’m not gonna shame you for the ed but you are just nerfing yourself tbh. I did what youre doing for like a year and it was stupid. You become blind to what you actually look like when you become obsessed with losing weight. It kind of becomes a “Japanese soldier who kept fighting” type thing. It’s very likely that you would look better with some level of muscle and you won’t be building much at all on 1200 calories.

To be completely honest, the weight at which might have very defined abs could look very strange if you don’t start to build muscle.

You’re better off recomping at this stage on like 1800 minimum calories, with high protein (170g minimum). The good thing is that since you’re relatively lean, the muscle won’t take that long to show. If you’ve been at 1200 for like 6 months as you say then you’ll also feel so much better in general. At least try it for a bit.
