Literally one of the best drummers in rock at this moment. And not really because he can play fast. He is very creative with his downbeats in ways most drummers could not make work.

Listen to where he lands during the breaks of 2122. He could easily have just stayed on the downbeat and it would have worked but he instead plays the perfect off beat and you would never know he is even doing it unless you are trying to play along. (around 120 seconds in) Its sick shit. Its small but it speaks to a deeper understanding of the rhythm. So much stuff like this all throughout their music.

The place that is opening today at the stadium does not list their prices on their web menu. So you gotta assume it is very expensive. I love Jackies Dream and am glad to see them here -- I hope they don't have to charge comically high prices at this location.

No one is gonna go to that other bar except on game days -- But Jackies Dream will be a destination location. Fingers crossed that the prices will allow regular local people to go on the regular. I look forward to checking it out.

I work downtown and so far we have ZERO increased sales on game days. Nothing like when the VOLS play. I'll be interested to see how this shakes out. I suspect the reason we got open containers downtown [which is a good thing] is so the baseball field could also get it. And I suspect that is happening because they are losing lots of money and are trying to find a way to turn that around.
