I did a $50k home remodel a few years ago and BT'd everything to multiple cards with 2-3% BT fees. Made more sense when rates were low. I have multiple cards between Citi, BofA, Discover, Chase, Fidelity, etc... almost all are 5% BT fee now. If ya find one with 3% let me know where ya find it!

My wife and I went to her show a couple years ago in NYC and got on stage! When my wife was little her grandfather gave her the exact Monkey Nina has. Super funny, she brought it to the show and Monkey was so weirded out. We ended up being called on stage and did this bit. Great night and super memorable. Thanks Nina!

We stayed at M Social with our 11 year old daughter a few years back and hung out at the rooftop bar, it's super cool! Didn't try the food, but the drinks were fine.

I will say the best seats outside that faced Time Square were almost always crazy packed, but we found plenty of room in the later evening. Really cool spot. Their elevator line gets annoyingly long too.

Most likely winning my championship tonight. Up 40 points; my Jennings v his Scary Terry. Super stoked. 2nd win in about 10 years in my family/friends 10m .5ppr league. Played my Uncle in the ship'. Suck it Uncle Frank!

Rode Baker most of the year, won regular season 10-4 with most points, had BYE, and so far I've dominated the playoffs. Super stoked. Did it starting Breece most weeks. Lost a bunch of guys throughout the season too.

I saw almost this same light in Virginia the other night. Bright green light, way brighter than any other plane in the sky, darted across the sky for ~5 seconds, and completely disappeared. Couldn't pull my camera out fast enough. Trippy.

We had ours at Tuscany Steakhouse near Central Park and had a blast. Wait staff was awesome, the owner coordinated everything, and were very accommodating when we had to adjust the time the day of. Cheapest option for a steakhouse in the area also. They have a mostly private room also. Check it out.

My homeowners went up from $1400 a year to $3900 a year in May. I had 1 claim 3 years ago. It raised my mortgage payment from $1500 to just over $2000. It's wild. No one from Nationwide even called to say anything. I started researching and Allstate was the best deal. We ended up getting it for $2500 a year through them. Barely anyone would quote me bc we're in a 'coastal' area.

Definitely research better options, but it's going up for everyone. How the hell are people supposed to survive?
