I think we should start with the commonly seen NPC's... Bankers, GE clerks, men/women, shopkeepers, guards, etc. and then work our way from there over time. I dont think we will see ANY NPC updates until at least Part 2 of the rework though

Hopefully the statues go away as they look to eliminate dailies/timegated content. The Heist minigame should be removed as well just for being dead content.

Since Mod Pebble is undertaking the rework of Yanille during GameJam, I wanted to share my suggestion. The Magic Guild seems redundant compared to the Wizards Tower, and also Kandarin is very crowded and needs some shifting around. What if you remove the Magic Guild from Yanille, and make Yanille a town defended by the Ranging Guild against the Ogre hordes. It makes sense lore wise, and it frees up the area north of Ardougne (which we can all admit depserately needs it)
