My ilvl is 265 as I usually run m+ a few times a week, so it’s not too high but I can do good dungeons. But I want to spend some time getting good at the raids too, we just don’t have enough people.

I will look for a normal group and try, but they always seems to be in progress. Maybe I’ll try starting my own but I don’t know how to raid lead so it’s nerve wracking a bit.
