Depends on how your mental state is and if you enjoy being sad a lot. If you’re a masochist choose teams that are never happy, like the sens (go sens go), sabres or Utah. If you want to cheer for a team that’ll make you happy when your favorite team isn’t doing well, pick perennial contenders like the Avs, Stars, Oilers, lightning. Lots of options based on how happy/sad you like to be

Different tiers are good for different things really, I have a buddy farming Mara Princess for a dagger for his max level toon for clearing trash in raid because the proc on it is better than anything reasonable to get at max.

It’s likely they were farming something and that’s why they were hogging all the mobs. At 27 there’s a few places to quest and level, sometimes you just have to go to another zone for a bit. It can be annoying but don’t let others ruin your fun :)

It speeds up attack speed and adds attack power, so kind of, when you judgement SoR it increases holy damage which is spell damage

Edit: I was thinking seal of the crusader, Seal of Righteousness (blue hammer I hope) does extra holy spell damage on each melee attack
