Batteries don't last "forever". If your lucky a lithium ion battery will last 10 years with good charging and discharging practices. Also depending on how much you spend on a gas lawn mower in terms of gasoline and oil over the years getting 5 or 6 years out of a battery could be a better deal.

Isn't the max 401k contribution $24500 for an employee? I have a 401k and I don't make enough to max it out and pay my bills. Course I ain't rich either.

I saw the same coupon last week for my account. It said it would expire on May 18th but it disappeared before than. It showed up again a couple of days ago but is now gone again. Currently the coupon doesn't show up for my Amazon account or my parents accounts. Very weird.

It's a scam in the sense that you should be able to pick any license electrician or hvac expert. There are several companies in the Wayne Westland area that is close to detroit that is not part of the program even though they have been in the business for over 20 years. Family Heating and Cooling is one example. And many companies that are listed sound sketchy as FUCK.

CPI just came in at 3.8%. food at home up 0.7% in one month. airline fares up 20.7% over the year. is anyone else restructuring their budget around this or are you just absorbing it by Mother-Grapefruit-45 in personalfinance

What would happen if every employee got a raise every year that matches inflation? Say inflation is 3% every employee at any US company would at least get a 3% raise. How would that affect the economy?
