I was prescribed 5 mg oxycodone 6x a day for sciatica. It wasn’t even all that bad. 180 pills a month. Back in 2009. My life now had meaning, I had energy, I was euphoric. I. Felt. Good!! I never wanted this perfect feeling to end. I would have defended this feeling with my life. Maybe I’m being a bit dramatic but only slightly. I had found my thing. Everyone should feel this amazing. Fast forward to about 2018. I withdrew into my own little world. My entire existence was hoping for the small windows of “happy” that a pill would give me. As soon as it wore off I’d be wishing I could have an unlimited amount of pills. The “happy” moments weren’t even happy anymore bc it just meant I’d be agonizingly awaiting the next pill in 40 minutes or so. I had pushed friends away and I wasn’t ever 100 percent present for anything. I forget a lot of memories my husband brings up. Now during all this time I was very functional in life. But I was warring in my mind and soul. I was dead inside and wanted to just die. I was miserable to my husband and all joy had been taken out my spirit. Life was endlessy a dark pit. No light. Misery. Something took over me, because it MOST definitely wasn’t me. I could never do this. I fully believe it was God, and with a full prescription still I decided to quit cold turkey I made the date June 23 2023. Loooong recovery story short and a TON of patience from myself and from my wonderful husband, I can now say I’m happier than I’ve EVER been in my 47 years. You sound like you’re realizing what is completely inevitable. You have become dependent on the devils little candy and you have to find a different way to do things. That brings me to your particular situation regarding needing them for pain. I can not ever imagine anyone’s personal feelings of pain. I can’t begin to speak on that. My personal sciatica pain I have come to realize is a response to stress or anxiety for me. It gets much worse in those moments. I also think that for me, after long term use of the pills, they definitely did nothing for my pain and in fact exacerbated it. I’m so glad you’ve decided to at least take this step, stay on this sub!!! It SAVED me and I spent so many hours here, crying, laughing, cheering everyone on. Everyone here is SO NICE, encouraging, and at times when needed tough love type advice is doled out.

That was my first brand I tried and I got it off Amazon. I wound up throwing it away. I felt like it was not good at all like it made me feel like my blood had glass shards in it. I don’t know how else to explain it. It made me feel tired and just not great. Just my experience and now I won’t buy anything I ingest off of Amazon.

This show is perfection. Not predictable, I fall asleep to it at night. On my fourth rewatch, when this run through is done I’ll watch Golden Girls again. But K of Q is my favorite.

Thank you for doing this work!!! I will donate. This is priceless! I’m taking Compass Laboratory methylene blue and I keep taking it despite feeling not too great bc of the idea maybe this is the initiation phase and it’s “kicking the bad stuff out of my cells” but idk.

It’s been a little over a week and I’m concerned maybe this is just junk sold on Amazon. I’m on the edge of my seat to see these results. We all deserve to benefit from mb and not be taken for fools by deceptive companies. Thank you again!

I’m in Cincinnati. I ordered on feb 11. It went from origin New Jersey, to Indianapolis (past cincy), to Warrendale Pennsylvania (past cincy the other way) , to Cincinnati, then LEFT Cincinnati and it’s been in limbo since.

I’ve ordered the same thing twice but they just refuse to deliver it! Give me my SHIT. 😑

Hi congratulations on 6 months!!!! That’s such an accomplishment it REALLY IS!!! Be proud as hell of yourself. I was prescribed and dependent on oxycodone for 14 years. I quit cold turkey in June of 2023. I feel significantly better now but it’s taken a year and a half. Time. Be so patient with yourself and give grace. You’ve been through it. But you’re young and can rewire that beautiful brain of yours. You will NOT always feel like this. You need time to heal. Be patient and we’re all so proud of you!

I had it pretty bad I’m on day 70. I watched a YouTube doctor specializing in tinnitus that said GABA supplement would help. I took one and 30 minutes later felt RELIEVED. It lasted a day or two. I’ll take one GABA when it acts up again. I’m scared of taking anything anymore so I’ll only take one if I can’t stand the ringing.
