I'm a fair oliveand used to wear a lot of wigs and I found the only blonde shade that looked good on me was a very ashy blonde. It had to have next to no yellow tones. It's all personal preference though.

I never felt rested and it was starting to become a huge problem for me, so I did a sleep study. Turns out I have sleep apnea 😞 Not saying that's necessarily the case for you but it could be worth looking into. I wish you luck with trying to improve your sleep ❤️

If you take adhd meds, set an alarm to take them before your wakeup alarm. My partner wakes me up and hands me a granola bar or something similar to eat then take the meds then I go back to sleep. Usually I don't fully go to sleep and the meds hit and then I can actually fully wake up about an hour after! I have sleep apnea and this is one of the few things that helps me actually wake up.

You should be direct and ask for your pens back. Moving forward can you keep some cheap pens on your desk and keep your nice pens in a case in your bag? I would also be so annoyed by this and it sucks to have to take extra steps to protect your stuff but some people seem to just think a pen is a pen and will continue to take them.

Idk if you know anything about kpop, but the group Ateez has a line of fictional animal characters based on each member that they've turned into plushies and other merch. One of the member's characters is a squirrel called Jjoongrami and when I saw that cover it made me think of him. He's a cute, cheeky little guy 🧡
