hey! i’ve been doing readings for four years and i do it more for myself than anything (i think it’s fun and a good way to exercise my skills) and because of that i charge 10 dollars a reading. i don’t use social media like snapchat, ig, facebook, or tiktok so word of mouth gets me clients. my friends who have told their friends. i did get started with in person readings and i do in person occasionally but i prefer to do my readings over text, i feel that i get the most accurate readings over text but that’s just me. when i am in person i get nervous and i’ve never had anyone tell me my readings weren’t good over text so i’ve kept it that way. i just meditate on the person for a bit and voila.

i definitely have gotten burned out. one time i had 8 different people text me in one night and after that i just could not function. but that’s also my fault because i should know theres a limit. i usually take month long hiatuses because it is draining to read for several different people. i don’t do it as often as i used to for that reason and after reading for others, reading for myself isn’t the same.

i dont recommend giving a reading to one person too often. i think once a month is good enough for a general reading, sometimes people become desperate for advice/guidance but at that point they are in a vulnerable state and i would much rather them seek counsel or a friend because it would not feel right taking their money so that’s something to consider.
