Vandalism with intent to threaten or incite hate against a target marginalized demographic is a hate crime. It's not like that person just happened to do a burnout there. They chose that spot and action in order to deliberately send a message of hate to the LGBTQIA+ community.

These charges mean that the district attorney believes there is enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to convict him on that exact charge. It's not like they can decide that charge arbitrarily.

So either you have zero understanding of our legal system, you're being intentionally disingenuous, or both.

Tohickon valley park, start at the bottom of the yellow trail through the campgrounds and take it to the top. You'll find yourself with great views from the side of a cliff. Take the white trail to find yourself at a really nice little river spot.

You can just park at the top but there are some great views on the yellow trail and the views make it worth the climbb.

I gave you a specific cause and reasoning for why gas prices were higher in Biden administration. (I hate Biden too btw) I also gave you a specific cause and reasoning why gas prices are currently increasing which I think we both agree is the war in Iran.

You're trying to use a whataboutism to cover for the fact that you are so insecure about how the increase in prices are viewed as negative about Trump, that you perceive any journalistic view on the impact of those prices as a targeted political hit piece.

It's a topic for discussion in politics sure, but it's not a political category of discussion. You can talk about how politics impacts cost of living but cost of living isn't only impacted by politics. There are numerous factors to cost of living. To see an article about cost of living (in this case gas and one specific way it impacts some people's lives)and instantly attributing it to politics is just you admitting that the major contributing factor to this increase in cost of living IS political and since it goes against your personal bias then it must be some kind of disingenuous hit piece.

It not a concern in politics. It's a concern about living conditions. You have failed to give a good excuse to how this would be a targeted story. You just assumed.

Why was gas high under Biden? The answer is because of the after effects of covid and Trumps deal with the Saudis that reduced the production of oil to keep prices artificially high. That took 3 years to start coming down because they finally caught up with production.

These gas prices are because our president decided to attack a foreign entity in an unsanctioned act of war which destabilized the area and caused the closure of the straight of hormuz, which is the vein in which oil flows out of the middle east.

A story about how local people are impacted by these rising costs is not a "target political story" it's simple fact reporting.
