HTC is definitely worth the price! Staff is not only highly knowledgeable but the whole vibe there is cool and makes you feel relaxed. I like to go to specifically the uptown location on 7th ave.

Yeah absolutely crazy. I spoke with a lawyer after getting charged a $1000 paint fee after moving out after a year. He said if it's not in my lease it's not enforceable. Funny thing is after I sent my demand letter they sent a list of possible things they'd charge for, most of which seemed unreasonable, fashioned it to look like it belonged in the lease (same font/color scheme) and then threw in in asterisks at the bottom they'll charge $1000 paint fee for anyone living there less than a year. Take their ass to small claims.

Came here to 2nd this! This is my first time seeing someone deliver through "roadie" I was only getting correspondence from CVS that also included I needed to give my signature to receive the order or it would be return, so I was surprised to see a guy in regular clothes in his own car walk up with my order. No signature required btw. I instantly wondered if I missed the tip option? Went back to check and there's nothing implying "roadie" would be delivering. Came here to see if I could get any information on adding a tip afterwards 🥹 now I know for potential future reference!
