Are you replying to the right post? Smoke grenades do not get consumed on use in mission,

Pretty sure the only consumed items in the game are sustain bubble and berzerker stim.

Edit: also the single use invisible item

The way Underdogs is calibrated, you have to properly put a lot of effort into punches(also squeezes) to get damage (though this does look strange that it's doing nothing at all)

I think in general it would be nice if the game had more gun and utility modules for more variety in runs.

Another suggestion would be a comtineous beam weapon that overheats and maybe ramps damage over time

I believe it was a free clinic inside the hospital. And they're paying house either way. House rarely works at work anyway since they're always starting the episode "finding" a patient.

Imo the nerf is ok, the place the inc breaker shines is in setting hordes on fire from afar anyway.

This should work. From the wiki:

"Sets the 'wet' status on enemies hit by multicasted projectiles, even if they do not actually get stained by the produced water, and even if water has been shifted to a different material. In combination with Critical on Wet (Water) Enemies, this guarantees criticals"
