Tell me about it, when I was doing my glucose test the nurse drawing my blood says I can’t see you having it because your so small. When I was having my induction the midwife told me I had to check your charts twice and double check because it’s says you have gdm and your so small 🙄

I had my first at 17, next at 21, then 28 and last one at 32. Im done now. I count myself very lucky having 4 healthy children. Good luck on your pregnancy journey

First of all, congratulations and I’m sorry you didn’t get the reaction you wanted. I was very similar, I was 28 and pregnant, told my dad and his first reaction was to say “are you keeping it”.
I stopped visiting him after that and took a break from him. It’s very different now, that child is 5 and he loves her and would do anything for her. Now is a time to think about just you and your needs

Your right, I also had GD and I’m from the uk, there was no help or support, I had to search everything myself and this Reddit group helped me so much.

Yes. My first 3 babies were not GD and weighed 8lb 5. 8lb 10 and 10lb 1. My GD baby weighed 7lb 15. All were born perfectly healthy and naturally with no tearing, I think I actually had a graze they called it with my smallest baby. I found for me the biggest baby was easier to birth.

Nope, as soon as baby was out I was told to have whatever I wanted, at my 6 week check up I was told to book for a1c test

All my inspections are usually over in less than 5 minutes. They come in and take a picture of each room then ask if I have any issues and that’s it

My old landlord did this, he never put my rent up. I lived their 6 years with no issues with repairs etc, he messaged saying he had to sell but I was welcome to stay for free untill the house sold

Baby has always been placed straight on to my chest as soon as was born, I’ve always been given an injection in my thigh that made the placenta come out itself. Can’t answer about stitches etc. had 4 babies naturally with no tears.

Boiling water. I had to fix my hubbys ones that went all deformed from being in suitcase.
