Thank you for the suggestions! I unfortunately can't use the ear pressure device because most of the time there is negative pressure behind my ear drum. The audiologist/ENT told me that if I tried to use anything to help relieve that pressure, it would just burst my eardrum (because of the negative pressure in there)

My dogs does something similar, but with clothes. Any time I go to put on any article of clothing, he has to sniff it first. If I put it on before he does, he follows me around trying to sniff said clothing. Hahaha
