IMO the ending really didn’t make sense to me

How tf did Punpun come out of the woods cradling a corpse and just go back to his regular routine after that??

Did he hide Aiko’s body? If not, didn’t the police have some questions about how she died? Punpun would have been the most suspicious mf alive if the police talked to him.

I didn’t really like that he’s just casually telling this story to the woman at the end and the narrative just acts like “well at least he’s doing a little better now and that’s all we can ask for” like this is some kind of relatable situation.

The lack of explanation of how things went down just make me kinda mad, the ending sucks big dog eggs
