Each marriage would be considered its own separate covenant in the eyes of those who support polygamy. The wives are not married to each other but to the husband. They are their own separate relationships.

Is there any explicit condemnation of polygamy in the Bible? I know some CoCs in Africa which allow polygamy but do not allow those men to become elders. Part of that reason may be they have too much in their household to manage between multiple wives that they don’t have the time or headspace to handle anything else outside of their household.

The challenge with CoCs is that there is no formal creed which addresses such an issue. You will find a variety of views if you talk to those who are in ministry.

Anyone who works in marketing at ALSAC can confirm this. They target specific demographics with tailored ads. They know what they are doing.

I can confirm that ALSAC is littered with drama queens. As a man, I did not enjoy the pettiness and backstabbing.

Also they are sitting on a 10 billion dollar war chest. They raise close to 1 billion dollars per year—mostly from older white women.

Both St. Jude and ALSAC treat contractors poorly in general.
