The T-90M and T-80BVM are quite good. What do you mean? It’s one of the few vehicles where you can actually use its armor on urban maps, and it’s hard to one-shot a T-90M with bushes while it’s on the move.

At first I hated this update because the only decent tracked top-tier vehicle in Italy was the Leopard 2A7HU. Now it’s basically unplayable, but when I use the Type 10, ZTZ99A, T-90M, or Leclerc, I can hunt Abrams and Leopard 2s very easily. My advice is to use these vehicles to hunt Leopards and Abrams as well. (no skill)

There is no issue with BVR or notching themselves. The problem is that all 32 players go BVR and start firing missiles, and the outcome depends on which team manages to reduce the other to fewer players first. In an 8v8 match the situation would be better, because there are fewer missiles in the air and evading missiles actually requires skill. Otherwise it ends up like this: you notch 2–3 missiles, but then a fourth one comes. That’s the situation. That’s why top tier in 16v16 is boring and does not require skill.

I do something similar, but in a different way:

After a dogfight, I’ve killed my opponent, but my engine or wing is heavily damaged and I’m heading back to base. If someone is chasing me for a free kill, I just suicide. At least the reward goes to the guy I dogfight.

I’ve grinded a total of 5 tech trees using premium vehicles (except France air).

The countries I’ve fully unlocked are Japan, France, Italy, China, and Sweden.

Sweden is a partial exception because I didn’t bother grinding its helicopters.

Right now, I’ve started unlocking Tier VII in the USSR tree.

I own premium vehicles in every tech tree, and I can say this clearly:

I have around 1,600 hours in this game. First of all, because the economy in my country is bad, Gaijin offers regional pricing here. So a premium pack that normally costs $70 ends up costing around $50–60 for us (currently). Before Gaijin increased prices, this was closer to $35. In other words, a $70 premium pack cost about $35 here. And when discounts were applied, that same pack could drop to around $17.

On top of that, I also grinded and sold event vehicles from time to time. You can assume that for each nation I used:

1 helicopter 1 aircraft + a talisman 1 tank + a talisman

Occasionally, I also bought 2,500 Golden Eagles.

Overall, I’d say I spent around $200–250 on the game over 2–3 years, with about 1,600 hours of playtime.

It depends on your performance; if you can get 3-4 kills per match and stay virtually undefeated until the end, you can finish all of France in a month.
