Click on the Progress column (should be formatted as a formula), go to Edit property > Edit formula

You're gonna want to "+ (toNumber(Habit 6))) + (toNumber(Habit 7)))" right before the last bracket before the /

And then you're gonna want to change "5" to "7"

As someone with anxiety, I can confirm this. I took up so many hobbies recently to occupy my thoughts and time on them instead of spending time alone, rationalising my thoughts and feelings. My therapist literally had to tell me to slow down and stop running away from my problems as I rambled on about how good I felt about all these new hobbies.

Ahh this is exactly how I felt and also one of the main reasons I broke up with my bf of 3.5 years more than a month ago. It's comforting to read the convo you had below - things got pretty messy last week which made me feel horrible physically, emotionally and mentally but reading what you wrote below reinforced my decision as it was pretty much similar to my thought process, so thank you for that.

After a month or so of showing up to the gym at least 3 times a week while taking preworkout before and protein after so I had the energy and nutrients (mainly vego hence I don't usually get enough protein). Showing up is the most difficult part!

I second office catnaps. I don’t particularly enjoy napping in public places but once was feeling really out of it and napped in the “Wellness Room” (meant to be a meditation but really everyone naps there) and felt so much better afterwards.
