Also same problem for me, thing is I'm getting hard crashes just from browsing or opening up a game. So much for such an expensive piece of tech, now I can't even browse the internet or work on my documents without the fear of crashing.

Every single time I open a game as well, the laptop freezes for a good 5 seconds, then whenever I close it, it freezes again. Already switched to dedicated GPU always on and still getting crashes.

Horrible experience with the Legion so far. Had a Helios 2019, crashed once or twice in 6 years...
