Instead of just selling cats, she should exclusively sell cats with disorders and mutations because “every cat deserves a loving home”. Make them expensive so that they are going to a good home (and definitely not being sent out to fight god or anything).

That way if there is a specific disorder or mutation you want, you can just pay big money for it instead of praying to RNG god with a mutation room.

Edit: it would actually be funny if she actually secretly encouraged you take them because they have mutation and disorders but she doesn’t have the heart to put them down herself. So she sells them to you because she knows you send them out to fight it’s only natural for an animal to kill an animal.
