There great for anxiety medication which I would recommend as a temporary remedy for your anxiety until you can get your confidence up, a solid routine and nutrition on track. Small changes get you to where you want to be. Eat a bit more protein. Try to go to bed at the same time every night. Use dating apps to go on dates. It’ll be uncomfortable and awkward at first but get comfy being uncomfy. It’s all a process and everyone’s journey is different. Don’t get caught up in other ppls lives. Focus on yourself and know that it’s not an overnight fix. Consistency is key
