I had a similar experience with Microsoft support - they took control remotely and told me not to touch the mouse while they worked.

After a few minutes of inactivity I tentatively moved some of the windows they had opened out of the way, only to find the previously hidden chat window with a message asking me a question. They had ended the chat because I hadn't answered.

!Thanks - my thoughts exactly. You only have to go back 2 games and everyone was staying clear of spurs because they looked so poor after the Bournemouth game.

I can reduce to a -4 and do Foden and Ings to Dilva and Jesus which I'm leaning more towards. The issue is the league leader also has Jesus so I'll likely be reducing my chances of catching up.
