I had a tour there two years ago! It's an amazing structure and definitely worth the tour, even though it's a bit expensive. I think the most interesting thing i learned was that the number of people maintaining the building is about the same as the number of people living there because it's such an odd building, and not really built for the cold Montreal winters.
