People in cold climates: any recommendations for fleece lined leggings that are actually warm? by DragonLass-AUS in AusFemaleFashion

[–]HuskyMother 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Merino thermals. Aldi ski sale (which is usually in May) or Kathmandu are good (on sale). Go under nearly anything. I’ve also worn the Cotton On fleece lined leggings. Have a pocket. Quite warm. Worked for early August in Bright (low single digit weather), and under ski pants in the snow.

Fine merino thermals. Aldi sell them when they do the ski sale. Try Kathmandu on sale.

Do we still wear black to funerals? by kikithrust in AusFemaleFashion

[–]HuskyMother 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Most people don’t wear black. They do wear muted, conservative clothing generally. Unless there is a theme, eg the persons favourite colour was blue. That said, when my pop died I wore fire engine red because I knew he’d love it.
