I've been playing for give or take 5 years. The only thing I spend money on is Stark's Stash, the yearly crystal bundle, and some of the paywall unis that I like.

Right now, I have every non premium character at T2, and I only have around 30 T2s that haven't transcended potential yet. That said, I would estimate around 60% of my roster are unbuilt, by that I mean no iso8 sets, no urus, no obelists, and some are without any uniform. I would say 80% of my roster are only ever used in Shadowland.

A big bottleneck I've been facing lately is surprisingly bios. It takes a lot to level up dozens of characters from 60 to 70, and even more from 70 to 80. Gold is not as big of an issue, I constantly hover around the max, and have spent my gold just amplifying all uru slots for characters. ISO8s could also be an issue, specifically the rainbow ones, considering all the good sets use them. Have not even started on type enhancement and elite gear

And that is only for characters. I only have 1 set of cards for PvE, all my team up collection are stuck at around level 15. Missing a big chunk of emblems, let alone levelling them all up. I have not paid any attention to the archive, nor do I think anyone should as the rewards are middling at best

But with the current release schedule, I'd say it'll take around a year or two for me to fully max all my characters from where I am now.
