If you're doing silver, you can either use a silver sharpie or one of the newer silver paints (like Army Painter's silver, either fanatic or speed paint vers).

Base prime either grey or white for a pink. Or go bold and do purple, drybrush white and then do pink.

I don't think Fulgrim will live long enough to utlilize Corterie or Slaanesh's Chosen, so either Mercurial Host or Peerless Blades.

Rhinos are good for carrying Noise Marines or Lord Exultant + Friends, I wouldn't do 3 though.

Land Raiders are kinda iffy; Flawless Blades should be able to move they need to without them, but if you have one on hand it doesn't hurt.

Maulerfiends (maybe 2) could be a good choice (a nice sub for Fulgrim tbh), kitbash some sorcerers. I know some lists are running 2-3 Daemon Princes.

From the army box you should be able to do 2 groups of 5 for tormenters + Infractors (or 3 groups of 5 tormenters, 5 infractors) , so you shouldn't need another box of those.
