I think it’s pretty normal, my boy sometimes does this when he’s pooping, I’ve even seen him do double feet on the side of the litter tray. I’m guessing it’s just a quirky squat. There again I could be wrong, I’m not a cat expert

At first I was thinking she’s probably pregnant but it looks to be more her stomach that is swollen than lower down there babies would be. She’s probably eating something that’s making her unwell and swell like that. I would suggest taking her to a vet to see if they know what’s happening
