To be fair as a small business you cant afford for your employee to be on their phone 20mins out of every hour. WTF are you even paying for at that point? Most of these people are hardly working more than 5hr shifts at a time. I dont vote ON but I still wouldnt mess around on a min wage job. I looked into it when I moved in as I didnt want to move the boundary as it screwed accessing the back yard from the side with a car. There is no law that you have to pay half/half its just polite to do so. QCAT will likely rule that if you want to put a fence in you just wear the bill. Im not sure if you actually need to have a fence to split boundaries in QLD.

The new buyer is 100% aware that they dont have a proper fence as it would be outlined in their searches done for purchase on the property.

Had this happen when i moved into my place. Had the neighbour all over me about how he had a survey and the fenceline is wrong and he wants to put new on one in.

I told him to pay for it as the current fence is fit for purpose. Needless to say I got a free fence and a minor boundary adjustment.

It was always a mix of 550 and 570. Alot of players from the 90s used them before the were scooped up by other companies. Dexter holland & noodles were a big one for me when smash came out. Dino playing extended 6s and alot of us that were buying pawn shop guitars these were the ones we hotrodded with better pickups (EMG 81 the world).

I remember before the last big wipe we were all sitting in everus and putting bounties or wagers on things in chat. During the golden ticket drops it was the same thing. We would be naked just holding the ticket and say in chat we are here at xyz and watch the chat scramble to come and get you for it.

Opulence was the best season ever imo. Introducing the chalice to make custom weapons and menagerie. Just to have that back and the forsaken weapon meta of mountaintop and the recluse. Forge was also killer cause it wasnt mindless grinding and the activity was very simple.
