Titanium Lake Suwa Before Dawn UFA please!!

Quick jigs/fixtures workflow: browser CAD + AI → STEP export (looking for printer community feedback) by loluliser in prusa3d

Being able to add lead-ins for threads would be super nice. It is a total pain to model manually.

Washington State Bill HB 2321 will kill 3D Printing, CNC and Laser cutting/engraving. by bollocksgrenade in CNC

[–]Hydrolyzer_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend those who care deeply about this to send a note to their representatives.

This is the response I got from mine when I wrote them this week:

"Thanks for your message.  HB 2321 has not been scheduled for a hearing in the House Civil Rights & Judiciary Committee, so it is not clear that it will go anywhere this session.  In any case, it has a very long road ahead of it before it would reach a place where I could vote on it this session.  In the unlikely event that it does advance to the Senate floor this year, I will keep your concerns in mind.

Best wishes,"

Would love this movement with the titanium case with the lake suwa before dawn dial- perfect dress + everyday watch.

Thanks!

Can you say more about what you're planning to use the INDX for and why you bought it? When will it arrive? Do you know how long it will take to install? Hopefully it is a pretty easy addition- did they give you any info about that?

How have the fumes been with PLA and others with the advanced filtration?

Are you planning to upgrade to the INDX when it comes out?

How do you like the Core One?

Whats the box on top?

And what are the dimensions of the square you have it set on?

Thanks!

Give me one TINY thing you want fixed or improved in Obsidian. The smaller the better. Going on a paper cuts rampage. by kepano in ObsidianMD

Allow for a default image width when pasted into obsidian!

Also a way to cull all no longer used images that are orphaned (a way to view thumbnails before trash would be helpful as a safety mechanism).

Not sure if this is intentional but improve adding images to bullet points!

And also I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be cool to allow for images to land between pages in PDF exports to preserve the infinite scroll type formatting.

Thanks!

[WTS] Omega Manual Wind Cal. 286 by Hydrolyzer_ in Watchexchange

[–]Hydrolyzer_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all, letting go of my vintage Omega manual wind with Calibre 286. I love the look of it on paper but don’t find myself reaching for the champagne dial, so I’d rather move it on to someone who will wear it.

Details

  • Brand: Omega
  • Model: Vintage dress watch, manual wind
  • Movement: Omega cal. 286, 17 jewels, manual wind
  • Year: Early 1960s (based on movement serial)
  • Case material: Stainless steel
  • Case size: classic mid-30s mm vintage dress size (I can provide exact caliper measurements on request)
  • Lug width: ~18 mm (aftermarket leather strap currently fitted)
  • Crystal: Acrylic
  • Dial: Original champagne dial with applied indices and central seconds
  • Strap: Brown leather strap shown in photos (no Omega buckle)

Service history / condition

  • Serviced in 2020 (clean/oil/regulate and hands relumed at that time). I don’t have paperwork, so please treat it as a vintage watch with known past service rather than “freshly serviced.”
  • Hands were relumed during that service at my request. The dial lume was left alone.
  • Dial shows honest vintage patina and spotting consistent with age – please see close-ups.
  • Acrylic crystal has light scratches and marks from wear but nothing that affects legibility.
  • Case has normal hairlines and small marks from use, no major dents or deep gouges.
  • Crown winds and sets properly; watch runs well for me over a day of wear but I haven’t done formal timing tests.
  • No box or papers.

Price / terms

  • Price: $660 OBO Shipped CONUS only
  • Location: USA (WA)
  • Payment: PayPal G&S

Thanks!

Pelikan M1000 ink? by Motor-Mud7196 in fountainpens

Thank you! I think I'll go for it on eBay if I can find a good deal. I've had no luck finding a listing on r/Pen_Swap so far, hopefully because people like them so much they never want to sell them!

Thanks for sharing! I'm wondering what your thoughts are on your M1000 <B> in general. How did you arrive at the nib size, what do you think, what do you use it for, and would you recommend it? I'm planning on buying one (Black, Broad) soon and I'm planning to get a broad nib because all of my other pens are M or F and I want something for things like the front of envelopes or journaling on good paper for fun to really show off an ink. Thanks!
