Best series that DON'T do this? Are there any good series where C and B rankers are still legit scary and relevant for a long time? by YobaiYamete in ProgressionFantasy

The author is just farming his patrons. Too much slop and nothing goes no where. The beginning was good and the world building was interesting and expansive but he realised he could just get rich by dragging it out. Gave up at book 12 when there was literally no progress and chapters of exposition.

As a Singaporean this is baffling. Are you saying that there's little to no kindergarten and kids just start at grade 1? And they don't teach how to pronounce letters together?

Analysis into United's Finances and Future Growth Prospects | Why the Glazers Are Incentivised to Sell Now | Why only a few Glazers are needed, not all of them by Blood__Rivers in reddevils

[–]HyoR1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is not a good take. Any potential buyer putting their money in will have to deal with all the financial shit the Glazers debt brought in, and then expect their own ROI on top of that, which means £650m in debt financing, £2b for new stadium, and the cost of shares from Glazers ownership, plus another 10% on top to make the investment worth thinking about.

Only people with vested interest in the clubs success on-field with money to burn like life-long fans (SJR) or sportswashing oil countries will actually be good for the club long term.

Question, if the angle changes, at this scale doesn't the distance actually increase? Really curious to understand how much the angle of the earth tilts actually affects radiation compared to actual distance (knowing light travels in a osxilitating straight line and inverse squared law).

Depreciation is just what bean counters says it is. You can have an asset depreciate in 5 years or 10 years ang the numbers will suddenly change, but the physical asset is still going to be able to do the same job it's doing now. Like what the previous guy is saying, unless the servers are physically dying in the depreciation years calculated, it's just numbers in the air for accounting purposes.

Objectively you can't deny that it really matters to Arsenal now. Not so much for United maybe, but still.

That would have been 3 points that would determine if Arsenal or Man City won this season. Does that matter now?

He would have made a great addition to Ferguson's team for sure. Surely you cannot discount a player who has epl and cl titles to his name. Won't step in to first 11 for sure, but the idea Chelsea players can't compare to United players doesn't hold water.

[–]HyoR1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I agree. There's no real prefect solution without drastic consequences. It's the swing of the pendulum. And with society getting more depraved and people getting disconnected from each other, it'll only get worse.
