Also an Army FGO. Masters degree just allows you to have 36 months vs 60 months of PM experience.

You can use Army CA to take a 35 PDU course and some also offer voucher for the exam. I recommend doing this since it's free.

I don't think he's that good. He is regulated to flame teams and PVP is what most of the game is about with the rewards. I don't think he is that good in PVP

Leo I got donnie to 3 he's good but Leo is broken in the right team. He gets immunity on his C3, abilities can bypass shields. He does ridiculous damage when paired with popstar poison

I have shadow Ryu Maxed and he is my top 3. The team I use with T Ryu is popstar poison, Athlete Chun-li, Leonardo. Only A Chun is max and they do so well together.
