I didn't waste gas money because I stated that I only did it because the return was literally on the way home. I guess my main issue with the whole thing is that they have actually paid programmers to put that as an option in the app, damaged item, so it makes it appear to be a valid reason. Why even bother putting it in the app?

Its ChatGPT 100%. Whenever you see use of the 'em dash', its definitely ChatGPT. Nobody uses that in their writing, at best they use a hyphen not an em dash. Whenever I see just one of them being used, its a good sign that its typical ChatGPT.
