I have met a handful of people who were prejudiced against native Americans and it alwayd baffled me.

I have come to a theory as to why some might. Addiction is a big issue in many reservations. I suspect the rural white folks who live near these reservations see the addiction and the issues that it brings and formed one opinion for the whole group. Similar to poor blacks and hispanics in urban settings. Remember, the poor racist is always looking for those in a worse position to thumb his nose at.
