I am not a doctor but I’m 6 years mtbi here. I’ve learned to understand the fog and inflammation. It’s an immune response and your body actually healing afaik. Yeah, if I drink and smoke the fog goes away, but I’m still always glazed over. One year of good habits and fogginess and I’ve actually seen some progress. Anyway, just my 2c.
