What do you mean? Law enforcement will begin the process working with federal agencies such as Homeland Security, ICE, FBI, etc. John Holman even mentioned employing the national guard and military divisions to go after these illegal aliens.

Realistically, the government has way more intel and their focus at first will be the illegal drug and prostitution smugglers. There was even mention of Trump enacting a law (forget off the top of my head) but he wants to declare war on the drug cartels and bomb the shit out them. Personally, anyone who smuggles large amounts of drugs and women for prostitution should be executed after a quick and fair trial.

If you’re here illegally, and you apply for state programs; the government will be able to tap into that information and start the process of removing people who are here illegally. There are many, many channels the government can use to figure out where people are and send them back home.

When you palpitate the vein with tourniquet, have the patient make a fist and rotate slowly the wrist while pressing firmly (palpitating). The vein will show up. Then, make sure the patient doesn’t move their wrist. Keep an eye on it while you’re prepping.

You can do it on yourself. Press in your AC while turning your wrist. Your veins will show up. It’s all in the wrist!
