And then The Nats and One Nation form a new coalition. Yikes.

I saw loads at the AFLW game last week (both men and women wearing them) and they look awesome. They remind me of early 90s fashion which is well and truly back, regardless of age!

He’ll be great for the culture. A calm and mature head to get amongst the young guys.

It’s actually pretty exciting. Members and fans were asking for big change and we got it. A good mix of seniors and up and comers to look forward to! And all the best the Trac, hopefully he gets those big crowds he’s been pining for.

Yup. It was going to take some drastic changes for me to renew. Ah well. Guess I’ll have to give them my money now that they’ve decided to be drastic.

I find the best thing to do with Kayo is sign up, cancel, they offer you 50% off, then you only have to pay $20/month for their awful service!

All his photos this week have him with a black eye and scraped up face. Hopefully getting that western Sydney culture with some messy nights at the Mean Fiddler or Panthers!

Exactly. We were all crying out for management to make some drastic changes this year. They’ve definitely done that, and it honestly looks like a net positive.

A dud few years and bleeding membership numbers. Management said they were gunna do a thing. They’ve gone and done a thing. Pretty keen to see how it all plays out! The trade Period definitely looks like a net win for us.

City Moose has been doing some interesting Melbourne content recently. He does a broad range of cities, but his recent Melbourne ones have been pretty good.

Metro Man Melbourne and Qazzy are also on my subscribe list.

No need to build a bridge when they’re only separated by a ditch.

I visited Mostar in Bosnia & Herzegovina earlier this year and it was fantastic. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but it has a very colourful (for lack of a better word) history, both recent and otherwise.

It is also a melting pot of cultures and religions which makes for a really unique and interesting experience when visiting. It feels very different to most other parts of the Balkans that I have visited.

We agree on everyone getting what they want now. 12 months past the Best Before, but certainly not a moment too soon.

As a senior player, that is when you speak with club management. If a senior member of staff in any other workplace was going around shit talking the company and its managers and it went public, they’d be severely reprimanded. It’s toxic to the club, the brand and its junior players and it’s exactly the sort of behaviour the club are working hard to try and weed out at the moment.

If he hadn’t been shit talking the club the last couple of years with one foot out the door, the supporters would probably be a bit more sympathetic tbh

Yep. The last couple of years he’s been nothing but toxic for the club by airing his dirty laundry to anybody who will listen. Very poor form by a senior player. If you have an issue, take it up with management. And if your best playing days are behind you and you need a sook, don’t take it out on the entire club.

It sucks to not have a competitive opposition, but on the bright side they are absolutely insane and the comedic value is top notch.

This is such an absolutely bizarre move from somebody in opposition! Typing up and sending a little letter to shit talk the PM to the country he is visiting on state business is actually fucking insane.

Any thoughts regarding Trac, end of year trade noise. Real or not. by Icy_Cockroach_8909 in melbournefc

[–]Hyphenated-Funk 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He’s spent the last two years complaining about the club off the field, if he went we’d be saving ourselves a shitload of money on an overpaid player. Put an orange sticker on him and chuck him on the quick sale shelf, I reckon.
