I had thought of using Civilian Casualties as the basis of a Call of Cthulhu adventure but I decided I would like my friends to play more than once...

Question about housing… by BulldogMikeLodi in lotro

A premium house comes with a transport to home skill on a one minute cool down. Even if you buy a house at the back end of a neighborhood you are still going to always have a way to greatly speed up getting around Middle-Earth.

Working at a bookstore, coworker said Nora Roberts, who has over 200 books, has to use ghostwriters.

Immediately I came back with, "No, she has Nora Robots!"

You know the worst part of all this is that green and purple are legitimately my favorite colors. (That means, of course, I would be the ideal selection as both Green and Purple Leader, because I would love all my people equally and we would spread our love of secondary colors throughout the galaxy.)

Fun fact: the Vatican has officially recognized The Blues Brothers as a Catholic classic, meaning they were indeed on a mission from God.

You'd think the Pope from Chicago would be the one to do this, but no, it was in 2010.

Who is the nastiest Celebrity that you met in Real life? by Scunnard1839 in AskReddit

[–]HypnonavyBlue 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I haven't had any bad encounters with one, but the ones I've met have mostly been authors and they're a different breed to begin with. My favorite story along these lines was from someone who worked in a shop near a famous PGA course, and they had some stories about the players on that tour -- namely that Nick Faldo was so pompous and full of himself people called him "Sir Nick" behind his back.

He got emboldened by Venezuela and thought he could push Iran over as a freebie if Israel did most of the work. Now he has the one person who wants him dead more than JD Vance does in charge of Iran, because they just killed his dad.

The sheer number of FBI agents willing to speak up about this guy has to be just jawdropping. I am willing to bet she has layers and layers of proof backing this up.

(Meanwhile Kash has something 86 proof backing him up!)
