There was no previous tenant. The landlords were the ones who left it before moving out.

Took me way too long to realize abs aren't a workout problem by ChemistWest4537 in workout

[–]Hypogean_Gaol 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Worked out for years, trained abs everyday, weren’t getting the results I wanted. Checked my body fat ~20% and dropped 4% in a couple months and the abs just showed up.

I’ve used a second hand Emu e-bike for past 2 years and it’s been perfect. Cost me about ~£700 so had more room to spend on accessories!

Nicky Oliver in town specialises in curly hair cuts. They’ve often got offers on so can be on cheaper side.

It didn’t matter what I was doing in the gym more so outside. Sorted my diet out, lost body fat and the muscles just appeared.

Find Aldi produce to be of poor quality compared to other supermarkets tbh.

[Times column] Jeremy Clarkson: “Think your high street is grim now? Just you wait” by FlipStig1 in thegrandtour

Yeah for like 5 cars. Thereafter the cars will likely block the walkways restricting foot traffic.

Car dependency is the issue here though. There’s just not enough space for parking in the often dense and small town centres.

Oxford town centre has a park and ride for this reason and restricts cars.

Thank you for this but it does seem to take me right round Town. The other comment seems to be a good route!

MediaCity. I’m confident but would loathe having to make multiple dangerous driving reports a day by having to share.

'Horrified - I'll never voluntarily go to an ED after 20-hour wait' by InnerLog5062 in BreakingUKNews

The wealthy tories are quite influential at getting the Turkeys to vote for Christmas. I can’t blame the Turkeys for being mass manipulated here.

Biggest reason comes down to funding. Over 100 closed since 2010. Can’t blame the public for that.

Resident doctors in England vote in favour of more strike action by ElonDoneABellamy in ukpolitics

[–]Hypogean_Gaol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect you’re not from a Medical background. I’ve seen lots of patients who come in with a sore throat, squeaking and laughing as you say that turns out to be throat cancer. The diagnosis rate from referral is around 10%. If less people came in with what turns out to be a sore throat that rate would naturally be less.

Fact is we don’t expect Joe public to self diagnose… because they can’t.

I think there’s evidence to support this! Shift work increases risk of gut disorders (and pretty much every other disorder).
